The team also replaced the dormer’s low-slope roof with a durable modified-bitumen membrane, because shallow roofs need a different approach than standard shingles.

The project did not stop at the main home. Our team also replaced the garage roof, installed new ventilation, refreshed the small shed roof, and added a solar-operated Velux skylight with a room-darkening shade.
